To protect your rights, please read the following return, exchange, and warranty service terms carefully:
1. 7-Day Return and Exchange Policy
If the product remains in brand-new and unused condition, you may bring the original proof of purchase to the original location of purchase to process a return or exchange.
Requirements:
  • Product Condition: The product must be kept in its original complete packaging and must be free from damage, adjustments, disassembly, or any signs of use. If the product has undergone on-site adjustments, lens processing, or parts assembly/disassembly, it is considered "used" and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
  • Accompanying Documents: The original invoice or receipt from the time of purchase must be provided.
2. One-Year Warranty Policy
All BROOKLYN HUNTINGTON frame products are covered by a 12-month warranty service from the date of purchase.
  • Warranty Coverage: This covers all "original manufacturing defects." In the event of damage caused by non-human factors, we will provide free repairs or parts replacement depending on the situation.
  • Exclusions: Natural wear and tear resulting from normal use (e.g., frame oxidation, scratches, fading of printed text, etc.) is not covered by the warranty. We recommend regular maintenance to extend the lifespan of your product.
3. Essential Documents for After-Sales Service
When applying for a return, exchange, or warranty service, customers must present the following documents:
  • Warranty Card: Ensure you possess the warranty card provided at the time of purchase.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original sales receipt or invoice must be provided.
Please keep the aforementioned documents in a safe place. If the documents are lost, damaged, or illegible, BROOKLYN HUNTINGTON reserves the right to refuse after-sales service.
